eBook: The Demon Girl

Whoop, whoop. My first eBook is available to download from the Apple iBookstore. *Gusty Sigh* I like seeing it there. It has popped up in the wrong section (kids) gah! So I’m changing that as I type. The cover is attractive, no? If you’re not rocking iBooks yet (um, why?) you can also download it through Stanza or Kobo apps. It’ll also be available for the Kindle and Sony devices within the next month or so. What I’m hunting is feedback. If you have a few spare hours I’d love you to read and rate it.

I tried to leave a comment on the apple ibookstore but it wouldn't let me so i thought i'd tell you what i think of the demon girl here.
I loved the story itself, your imagination was great and i love the characters and just everything about it is great. But i did find that the book needed some serious proofreading because i keep noticing grammar and spelling mistakes and bits that just didn't make sense and it kind of ruined the whole flow of the books when i had to re-read bits. But still i'm seriously looking forward to the sequel and i really do love the demon girl. pand

  2. Much appreciated. The whole proofreading thing seems to be a trend, and I wince every time someone mentions it, lol. Forgoing an editor is not a mistake I'll ever make again. Thank you for taking the time to comment :)

  5. I finished reading your book at 4am last night! I couldn't put it down and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm anxious to read the next book, but sad that it's not out until next year.

Sadly, though, there were numerous spelling errors and grammer problems all through the book. It didn't stop my enjoyment, but it does make the reader have to re-read sentences to understand what you were trying to say.
So, my little word of advice is proof read it yourself 3 times, and get 2 different people (or more) to also read it to help highlight problems.
I'd be happy to help you with that. Feel free to contact me through my blog.
